About Bell & Ross

Bell & Ross offers a variety of watches raging from the square BR-01 and BR-03s, the diver's watches Hydromax and BR-02, and the more traditional collections from the Vintage and Geneva lines. Mens square watches are offered Ladies models in the elegant BR-S collection.

Now recognizable and searched for by hundreds of thousands of enthusiasts worldwide, in 2004 Bell & Ross was a sleeping giant laying down the base for one of the greatest success stories of the modern watch industry. Matt Baily caught on to their potential early, and was the first Canadian dealer of Bell & Ross in 2004. You know you are dealing with Bell & Ross experts when talking to a Matt Baily representative.

The company was started in 1992 when co-founders Bruno Belamich and Carlos Rosillo joined forces. A team of designers and aerospace specialists were enlisted by the intrepid duo to create watches perfectly suited for professional use. The watches that came of their collaboration where stripped of unnecessary functions and adornments and able to withstand use in rigorous conditions. The philosophy lives on today, and the roots of Bell & Ross inspired the creation of the infamous BR-01 collection nicknamed the Instrument.

The square case of the BR01, with its four visible screw heads is reminiscent of the frame of a cockpit instrument, and that is of course absolutely the goal. The 46 mm case is also true to the specifications of the instruments on airplane panels.

The BRO1 is available as a chronograph (ETA Calibre 2894) or as a simple three-hand watch, the latter also available with a large date or power reserve display. The stainless steel case has a satin finish with polished edges or is completely matte black. The choice of dial colors is galvanic black or silver, each in combination with luminous hands and hour markers.

Colorfully revamped dials available in limited quantities, such as the Orange and Phantom, have been extremely popular and confirmed the company's status as a global player.

Entering the haute horlogerie arena in 2007, Bell & Ross also introduced limited edition BRO1 Tourbillon. In addition to an ultra-complicated tourbillon movement, these were teh firs watches to use the highly scratch resistant DLC coating.
