About Panerai

For a very long time Panerai represented the Italian watch making tradition out of its ateliers in Florence. Now based in Neuchatel, Switzerland, the company is still functioning under the same, albeit improved, format as when they were in Italy. Limited production, attention to detail, and quality fit for the navy commandos that the Panerai family was serving originally.

The Marina Militare and Radiomir collections are the two main branches of the Panerai line of luxury watches. In 2006, the company released its first in-house manufacture movement, the P.2002 calibre, and has henceforth produced many of its own mechanisms ranging from simple three-handed functionality to tourbillon complication.
