Matt Baily at Baselworld 2010 - March 18 to 25 ¶

You may have noticed that the Baily Blog has suffered a slight decrease in posts about new watches in the past little while. This is likely due to our watch companies keeping many of their new surprises under wraps; saving them for the end of the week to be released at the the world's largest watch and jewelry exhibition. Starting this Thursday, however, the Baily Blog will be showcasing many new products, as Matt and Marco will be at the show taking pictures and videos, and interviewing industry experts about the watchmaking year to come.
You can follow our updates on the Baily Blog Baselworld 2010 section. Here we will be adding all the news, pictures, and interviews that we can get our hands on at the show. Visits to the Bell & Ross, U-Boat, Hamilton, Alpina, and Frédérique constant booths should provide some great information and images of new products. If that is not enough to quench our horological thirst, there will be about two thousand other exhibitors around to try.
Baselworld is open to the public and attracts around 100 000 visitors each year. In order to assure that all these visitors are satisfied, the exhibitors serve up a continuous flow of new, exciting watches, watch accessories, and jewelry; not to mention elaborate and expansive booths. We hope that we will be able to capture this excitement on the Baily Blog during and after this week's show.
